PCC settles suit with former dean fired for allegedly violating hiring rules

Share: On March 13, 2025, former PCC Dean of Kinesiology Dyan Miller reached a $30,000 settlement from a lawsuit she filed against the school for financial loss and emotional distress after her termination.   Although a settlement has been reached between the school and Miller, this settlement is not an admission of any liability or violation of any law on PCC’s end.
