W building set to be demolished in 2024, replaced with new academic building

Share: PCC’s Lancers faced heavy opposition in their Tuesday showing against the San Diego Miramar Jets, which ended in a 1-1 tie.  From the opening minutes it was clear that the Lancers were going to have a tough game. Share: Entering into Friday’s game, the Lancers were coming off of two comeback performances. Their previous showing was a tight game vs. LA Pierce, which saw PCC down 3-0 at the half, coming back to tie it 4-4 final. The game before that, Lancers were down 2-0 coming into the second period, and returned with four unanswered goals to win 4-2. Kinesiology dean terminated after investigation into misconduct

Share: On August 23rd, 2023 PCC’s board of trustees unanimously voted to terminate the employment of the school’s Kinesiology, Health & Athletics dean Dyan Miller. As previously reported by The Courier, Miller was placed on administrative leave in the beginning of the year following allegations of misconduct from fellow faculty members within the KHA division.
