PCC’s attendance numbers spring up this semester

With +1 class” promotional message that was sent to thousands of students and posted on the school’s website, PCC is on its way to achieve its 2017 full-time equivalent students (FTES) goal of 25,257 students. According to PCC’s latest FTES report from 2016-2017, which doesn’t report on non-credit completion and summer enrollment, the school’s FTES is now at 22,646 students and overall 93 percent of enrollment rate for classes. Courier transitions into digital-only editions

Share: The cupboard in PCC’s newsroom is filled with books that bind every print edition from 1949 until 2016. The library archives hold newspapers from before the 50s, back when the Courier was called the Chronicle for Pasadena High School. However, for the first time in 102 years, and onward, there will no longer be a book or any physical archive that binds every print edition of each respective school year. PCC students entangled in Trump’s travel ban

Share: Eight PCC students returned to classes this past week with support from International Student Services and the administration after being detained and banned from re-entry to the U.S. due to January’s travel ban from President Trump.
