Virtual Club Rush: Join a student club with just one click

This semester, Pasadena City College is hosting their first-ever virtual Club Rush. Due to the pandemic, Club Rush is different this year, and with just one-click students can join a club. Visiting the online Club Rush, found on PCC’s website, students will find videos of clubs, separated by different categories. Softball team exercises together in isolation

PCC softball team has been exercising on Zoom, ever since the California Community College Athletic Association canceled spring sports. “Let’s lift, here we go,” said head coach Monica Tantlinger. The softball team has been meeting every week for 30-minutes. The workouts mainly consist of plyometrics such as lunges, squats, and leg lifts. Health center delivers virtual yoga to tense students

With the gentle chime of a meditation bowl and the encouragement to practice some mindful meditation, PCC Kinesiologist and yoga instructor Patty Bellali began her first virtual grounding and calming yoga sequence. She calmly led her audience from pose to pose—from mountain to down dog, through every inhale and exhale. She aims to connect new to advanced yogis to their beginner’s lens.
