Metro rapid transit: A potential solution for PCC commuters

$1.2 million saved thanks to Zero Textbook Cost classes

Individuals shine, team flounders at state
Share: As state championships took place last week at De Anza College, PCC’s best swimmers and their head coach Terry Stoddard felt satisfied with the results, even though this time around there weren’t any winners. Both PCC women and men placed 21st overall out of nearly 40 other colleges, with 47 and 49 points respectively. Follow:

Share: The last swimming competition at Mount San Antonio College on Thursday was quite a success for the swim teams at PCC. Carmen Ung, the fastest swimmer on the women’s team, won three awards in all three events she participated in at the South Coast Conference (SCC) Championships, taking gold in the 50-yard freestyle and 100 breaststroke, and although the men’s team didn’t win any events, they placed third. See something, do something: Combatting sexual assault at PCC

Lancers defeat Owls, advance to Super Regionals
Share: The Lancers triumphed over Citrus College in its SoCal Regional Play-In Round game, 3-1, advancing to play in the first round the Super Regionals. The Lancers scored all of their runs in the first inning. Two singles and a sacrifice bunt from shortstop Ryan Lewis put runners on second and third.
