A fragrant mix of vanilla and freshly made waffle cones lingered outside another one of Pasadena’s new eateries on Colorado Boulevard. Though it was a cold and rainy evening, it didn’t stop locals from treating themselves to an enticing cold dessert that included out of the ordinary ingredients like turkey skin and sweet potato casserole.

Located on the corner of Arroyo Parkway and Del Mar Blvd, Tatsu Ramen, known for their long lines in West Hollywood and Melrose, has opened up their Pasadena location to quiet fanfare and good food. Their grand opening was held on September 5, with a soft opening the day prior.
Grand opening draws hundreds
Hundreds gathered in front of the Center for the Arts for the official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday Jan. 23. Attendants had the opportunity to tour the building including classes, student displays and exhibits.
