Local high school invited to perform at football game
Attendees of Saturday night’s football game were treated to an unusual halftime show usually performed by the Lancer marching band. Accompanying the band were high school band students from Marshall Fundamental Secondary School who performed two pieces with the Lancers before leaving the field.

PCC Football player arrested, accused of robbery and assault
Share: Lancer football player is back on the field after being arrested before Saturday’s game on suspicion of assaulting and robbing a local Pasadena man. Wide receiver Nathaniel Degraffinreaidt, 20, was taken into custody and booked along with Pasadena resident Taije Glenn-Ackles, 25, on suspicion of armed robbery and assault, police said. According to Ricardo Santiago, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, prosecutors intend to charge Degraffinreaidt but those charges have not yet been filed. State allocates $1.5 million to noncredit adult education programs
