The cars that were driven in the Latino Heritage Parade were parked in a line at Villa-Parke Community Center for attendees to get a closer look on Saturday, October 19, 2019. The Latino Heritage Parade began at the corner of Los Robles Avenue and Prescott Street and traveled up Los Robles to Villa-Parke.
