James Membreno and Michael Watkins, photo editors for the Courier, began their two hour drive on a Wednesday afternoon. Three days after issuing a safety bulletin, Campus Police published a correction on Oct. 24 after the department could not determine an imminent criminal threat to PCC students as a Christian sect, with years of previous online rumors of misdeeds elsewhere, proselytized at PCC.
Metro rapid transit: A potential solution for PCC commuters
At last Wednesday’s Associated Students meeting, representatives from Metro shared a brief proposal of a future 18-mile bus transit system called Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) that would link North Hollywood to PCC.

Associated Students lobby Congress for fair financial aid
The Associated Students Lobby Committee (ASLC) recently traveled to Washington D.C. to lobby on behalf of the PCC student body. The trip took place on March 29, 2019 through April 2, 2019. The committee lobbied a total of six different bills to the members of Congress.
