A new head coach has been hired for the Lancer track and field team to replace Armand Crespo, who was terminated last year following an alleged altercation with a student.

Athletes demonstrate talent at Mt. SAC Relays
PCC track and field athletes competed at both the community college and university levels in the Mt. SAC Relays earlier this month. Once again the Lancers were led by freshman sprinter Alexander McElwee who made his name known among potential 4-year university suitors with his state-fastest time in the 400-meters.

Freshman runner exceeds expectations
Freshman, Celso Martinez is a young man who is rapidly exceeding expectations on the Men’s Cross Country team. He recently placed 2nd in the PCC team at the Rio Hondo Classic on Friday, in the 4 mile race.
