Despite having only three total hits, Lancers baseball got off to a fast start and held on to win 5-4 over Irvine Valley College on Feb. 21 at Jackie Robinson Memorial Field.

Women’s B-ball scrapes by LA Trade Tech

Although the women’s basketball team eventually won by 18 points, numbers didn’t quite tell the entire story of the Feb. 20 game against the Los Angeles Trade Tech Beavers on Sophomore Night for the Lancers. The final score was 58-40.

An imposing 13-point lead at halftime was not enough for the Lancers basketball team as it fell to the LA Trade Tech Beavers in overtime 84-77 on Feb. 16.

Lancers softball dominates Santa Monica in doubleheader

Two Lancer pitchers held Santa Monica College to five hits and one run over ten doubleheader innings at Robinson Park on Feb 9. With the Pasadena bats also hammering out 17 runs over the same ten innings, the Lancers controlled their last preseason games.

Women’s basketball dominates Tartars, 83-29

The women’s basketball team made winning look easy on Feb. 6, as it dominated El Camino Compton Center by more than 50 points, 83-29. The Lancers were just 17 points shy of joining the 15 other 100-point games under Head Coach Joe Peron.
