Courier wins top honors

The weekly Courier newspaper and annual Spotlight magazine published by the Journalism Department were both honored with coveted General Excellence awards at the Southern California conference of the Journalism Association of Community Colleges  on Oct 15.

Sociology professor receives fellowship

PCC Instructor Tony Juge was recently granted a Human Rights Education Fellowship funded by Stanford University. After attending a conference at Stanford in early June, called “Teaching Human Rights in a Global Context,” Juge applied for the fellowship.
