Brandon Angel and Romy Konigseder celebrate their victory in winning the traditional German costume contest on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at Oktoberfest in Santa Anita California. Live music, beer pong, carnival games, lawn games, and plenty of beer is served in celebration of Oktoberfest.
