Pigman IV faces another possible delay after a court decision in Pasadena on Tuesday.The prosecution’s request to have the 27-year-old reexamined for insanity was granted by Superior Court Judge Teri Schwartz, which may delay starting the trial, said defense attorney Jose Colon.
