Women’s B-ball scrapes by LA Trade Tech

Although the women’s basketball team eventually won by 18 points, numbers didn’t quite tell the entire story of the Feb. 20 game against the Los Angeles Trade Tech Beavers on Sophomore Night for the Lancers. The final score was 58-40.

Men’s basketball comes up four short

A short-handed men’s basketball team lost Jan. 18 to El Camino College Compton Center, losing only by a smidge after being down by 19 points early in the first half. The final score was 95-91, Tartars.

Women’s basketball throttles El Camino by 31 points

The women’s basketball team crushed the El Camino Warriors on Wednesday night, as the Lancers won by 31-points and came away with their 13th win this season. The final score was 72-41.

It’s been just over a week since the presidential election and once again, the question about whether or not the United States should keep the Electoral College has come up yet again. The Electoral College should be abolished and the majority vote should determine who the president is, no matter what his or her political party affiliation is.

Football recovers from record loss with first win

The drought is finally over. The Lancers bounced back from their record-setting 51-point loss, with a confidence-boosting win over the Golden West College Rustlers on Saturday night at Orange Coast College’s LeBard Stadium. This is PCC’s first win since October of last year. The final score was 17-9

Football team gets hammered in 3rd loss

The Saturday night lights were on at Robinson Stadium and the crowd was cheering as Quarterback Justin Posthuma returned from his injury, but unlike the lights, the Lancers were unable to shine. The El Camino College Warrior sliced through PCC with a winning score of 46-27 on Saturday.
