Lancer Marching Band celebrates football season end

Share: Thursday morning started as always at Pasadena City College: the campus was filled with exhausted and half-asleep students walking to their classes or waiting for their next class, and some who were already heading home. Share: It was a terrible loss for PCC in their last away game at ELAC, as they walked away from a 63-17 defeat, making that their fifth and final loss away from home. They got ran out of town by the Huskies and go into next week’s homecoming game 4-5. Maher’s return as head coach comes with intent to heal wounds

Share: Whether the football players like it or not, Thomas Maher is returning to PCC as the new football head coach, but he faces an uphill battle on and off the field. Maher will replace current head coach Thom Kaumeyer, who many players fought to keep last Wednesday at the Board of Trustees meeting. Maher coached at PCC from 1996-2004 before being fired and was brought back in 2005 as a receivers coach through the offseason and the first game of the season before being …
