Football’s late comeback against Citrus cut short
Despite having a great offensive second half, the PCC football team was unable to overcome a 24-0 onslaught put on by the Citrus College Owls in the first half, which ultimately culminated in the loss on Saturday night. The final score was 34-21.
Football’s 65-14 loss is one for the record books
The Lancer football team got absolutely decimated in a 65-14 home loss to Cerritos College on Saturday in what was literally the worst loss in the 13 year history of Robinson Stadium. PCC remains winless for the season, and hasn’t won a game since Oct. 15 of last year.
Football team overwhelmed by penalties in second loss
“Obviously we expect to win every game,†Lancer Head Coach Fred Fimbres said after a 27-10 loss to Orange Coast College on Saturday.
Football team has high hopes for season
Last season the Lancer football team wouldn’t have what one would call a successful season. But, PCC is going for a smashmouth game next season, with the defensive emphasis in controlling the line of scrimmage, and a ground-and-pound run game.
