Lancer Volleyball dominates Antelope Valley College
The PCC Women’s Volleyball team captured it’s second win of the preseason by defeating Antelope Valley College, 26-24, 25-12, 25-14, Sept. 2 at Antelope Valley’s Marauder Gym. The win gives a record of 2-1 in the preseason. The win did not come easy as the women, who had to travel over an hour away to a hostile environment, actually trailed in the first set by 4 points.

Winter intersession partially reinstated
The Board of Trustees has reversed its July decision to cut PCC’s winter session, reinstating half of what is usually offered. Although a full winter session was deemed unaffordable, Acting Dean of Enrollment Management and Academic Support Allen Dooley explained that a partial winter session will be offered instead.

PCC designates new smoking areas across campus
