Despite offseason, athletes maintain fitness through diet and exercise

With the large variety of sports PCC has to offer, the methods undertaken by athletes to stay in shape in their respective sport’s offseason do not differ much from one other, from dietary habits to amount of exercise.

Ex-student testifies that he kept girlfriend’s body in apartment

Ex-student Isaac Campbell, who is charged with the murder in the 2007 slaying of his girlfriend, testified on Nov. 1 that he kept the body of his girlfriend, Liya “Jessie” Lu, at his apartment before transporting the corpse to his friend Michael Darby’s house.

The allotted seats in the Creveling Lounge filled up well in advance, as did the areas where the event would be broadcast live.

The room was buzzing with chatter from the audience, but as soon as the three men walked into through the door, everyone burst into applause, some even standing.
