Faculty union critical of board actions

In a scathing newsletter released Friday by the Faculty Association, the FA criticized the Board of Trustees on several points, including its handling of financial matters, former PCC President Paulette Perfumo, and winter intersession, which was cut in July and then partially reinstated a few weeks later.

Smoking citations authorized

In order to enforce the smoking policy, PCC police officers were authorized to begin issuing citations to people found smoking outside the campus’s designated smoking areas on Sept 28.

Men’s soccer team snaps losing streak

After nine heartbreaking games for the PCC’s men’s soccer team, the Lancers finally got a tie against East Los Angeles Huskies at Robinson Field on Tuesday to make their record to 0-2-1 in the SCC and overall 0-9-1.
