The Young Americans For Liberty’s PCC chapter will host a forum for candidates running for Board of Trustees in R108 this Friday.

The forum, which the club dubs the “Mini-Candidate Forum”, will provide candidates a platform to interact with students and members of the community prior to the Nov. 3 elections. Martin Enriques, James Osterling and Tom Selinske are running for District 2 and Hoyt Hilsman, Marshall Lewis and William Thomson are running for District 4.

With six candidates vying for two open seats, Young Americans For Liberty hopes that candidates will take up the opportunity to give their campaigns one last push before election day.

“I intend to be fair to each candidate, allow each of them to say their piece, allow them to address each other and give the students a chance to ask the burning questions they have,” said Woodrow Johnston, President of the local Young Americans For Liberty chapter.

At time of writing, the candidates who have confirmed their attendance at the forum are Tom Selinske of District 2 and Marshall Lewis and William Thomson of District 4.
