I’ve been taking classes since 2005 and I’ve never seen the campus this crowded! Which means the parking lots are crazy crowded! My question is: what is the ratio of parking passes sold to number of available parking spaces?
At some point does the school stop selling parking passes?
I bought a parking pass and ended up parking on Del Mar almost to Lake, could I petition to get my money back if the parking wars continue?
Inquiring minds want to know.
