Interim Superintendent-President Robert Miller will recommend Chad Crittenden as the 2015 commencement speaker to the Board of Trustees.
Crittenden is a survivor of Synovial Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, and needed an amputation below his knee.
Since his impressive recovery, he has completed the New York Marathon in 2009, and in 2012 reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in an effort to raise over $140,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
