Monday, April 22, 2019

A student and a staff member engaged in a verbal altercation at the Community Education Center. Officer made contact and advised the student to leave.

Staff reported students trespassing on the track. Officer escorted them off campus.

Officers made contact with student regarding their behavior.

Suspicious individual was reported attempting to steal a bicycle. When confronted by officers, individual said the bicycle was theirs.

A disruptive student refused to leave a classroom. Officers made contact before student left.

Report was made about a female solicitor verbally harassing the reporter near the observatory. Officers responded but was unable to find suspect.

Two males were reported engaging in suspicious activity east of the IT building. Officers made contact with the two and they advised they were attempting to fix a bicycle.

4 transients from the east side of the Forum were escorted off campus by an Officer.

Officer escorted transient off campus from Lot 8.

 

Tuesday, April 23, 2019

2 males reported casing vehicles in Lot 4 level 4. Officers made contact with suspects who advised they were students.

Reports made about a suspected non-student loitering in the W building. Officers made contact and subject advised he was waiting for a friend.

 

Wednesday, April 24, 2019

Student was reported having respiratory issues inside SV-6. Officers intervened and escorted student to Health Center.

Potential suicidal subject was reported in one of the parking lots. Officers were dispatched to locate the subject, who was in Lot 4. Subject was detained and transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Hit and run occurred in Lot 5 level 3 on a student’s vehicle.

Student reported he was punched in the eye by an unknown attacker on the south side of the E building.

Student reported a suspicious individual was attempting to take a picture of him as he used the bathroom. The student gave chase, however the suspect fled east on Colorado.  

Disabled student was reported being scammed out of money via prepaid cash cards. Incident occured off campus and officers assisted in recovering the cash cards which were disposed of in the D building.

 

Thursday, April 25, 2019

A fire alarm was triggered in the CA building after a microwave fire. Area was conducted and cleared.

Bookstore staff reported a male left without paying for his ice cream.

Community Education Center reported a female asking for paramedics due to needing her prescription medication. Officers made contact and counseled her before escorting her off campus.

 

Friday, April 26, 2019

Female collapsed in the L building. Pasadena police and paramedics responded and transferred female to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Female was stuck inside of an elevator in Lot 4. Elevator was reset and the female was freed.

Library staff reported a laptop was never returned after it was checked out.

Female reported she was inappropriately touched as she walked by the Lancer Pass. Suspect was not able to be identified by female or camera footage.

Officer responded to student who was becoming increasingly irate over an email they received. Student was counseled and released.

 

Sunday, April 28, 2019

Community Education Center escorted a transient out of the restroom on the second floor.
